9 – ARTICLE 9: RETRACTION
According to the article L121-16 of the code of the consumption, the Buyer has a deadline of 30 working days as from the delivery of his order, to exercise his right to withdraw without having to prove motives. According to the general terms of sale of SPORTLAND EUROPEAN, only articles returned to their original packing (shoe box, plasticized dress handkerchiefs) will be accepted. For the helmets of EUROPEAN football, if the buyer wishes to be paid off or to return for an exchange, 40 % of the price including tax will be deducted from the price of the helmet by SPORTLAND EUROPEAN?These expenses contain the expenses of returns auprés of suppliers as well as the customs charges.
